Effective 17 August 2026. These rules explain the public upload service and the customer relationship. They are intentionally short; the order or Checkout controls the purchased plan.

EmbedFox lets a publisher upload a PDF, publish a reader page and use an embed. An anonymous upload is public, is not a private file service and expires after seven days. A public URL may be seen by anyone who receives it.
You must have the rights and authority to upload, share and embed the document. Do not use a public upload for confidential, personal, regulated or otherwise non-public material. Do not publish unlawful content, malware, phishing, unlawful personal data, exploitative sexual material or content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
You grant Sinfin the limited right to store, process and deliver the document only to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
Anyone can report a specific public document through the notice-and-action form. We may restrict or disable a document where required by law or these terms. We assess the report, available context and the seriousness or repetition of a breach. A confirmed serious breach or repeated breach can lead to document or account restrictions. We give the affected publisher a statement of reasons and a way to ask for review where contact details are available.
Urgent, credible reports that may expose readers to immediate harm are prioritised. Our operational target is to start the containment response within one hour.
Paid scope, price, taxes, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before payment. Stripe processes payments. The service may change as it develops, but a purchased plan keeps the scope stated for its paid period unless law, security or a material service dependency requires a change. We do not use the anonymous upload flow as permanent storage or a backup service.
