A standard addendum for paid EmbedFox customers who act as controllers for personal data in their documents.
The customer is the controller and Sinfin is the processor for personal data contained in paid customer documents and the related publishing configuration. Sinfin processes it only on documented customer instructions, to provide EmbedFox, maintain security and meet legal duties.
The addendum covers storage, rendering, delivery and support for the term of the paid service. It names security duties, confidentiality, subprocessors, assistance with data-subject requests and incident handling. The customer remains responsible for its reader notice and its lawful use of lead-gate or other collection controls.
